The local council imposed 72 Conditions on the DA (development application) before Parramatta’s first "legal" distillery could get distilling. Strips of red tape wrap the bottle as a reminder of the hoops jumped through and the red tape we had to cut through!

A classic juniper forward dry gin made with only 5 Botanicals - juniper berries, whole coriander seeds, freshly shaved angelica root, dried cassia bark and whole oranges. This perfectly balanced, simple gin, is named after an utterly complex legal process - Section 72....which is much dryer than this gin!
