Copper pot distilled, carbon filtered, cereal grain spirit. The local council imposed 72 Conditions on the DA (development application) before Parramatta’s first "legal" distillery could get distilling. Strips of red tape wrap the bottle as a reminder of the hoops jumped through and the red tape we had to cut through!

SECTION 72 PROGRESSIVE SYDNEY GIN 37% ABV - 700ML
A classic juniper forward dry gin made with only 5 Botanicals - juniper berries, whole coriander seeds, freshly shaved angelica root, dried cassia bark and whole oranges. This perfectly balanced, simple gin, is named after an utterly complex legal process - Section 72....which is much dryer than this gin!
